About the Artist:

Bjarni draws inspiration from the tension and constant change he observes in his native landscape. Iconic Icelandic scenery, such as the ever-evolving rugged textures of Jökulsárlón and the smooth basalt steps of Vík Beach, sets the tone for Bjarni’s clean forms and his experimentation with a variety of glazes.

Please note: All items are handmade and hand-glazed, without the use of a wheel, which gives each of Bjarni’s pieces its unique shape and color.
