Rammagerðin offers shipping to the customer’s destination of choice. Shipments are handled by DHL.
Our warehouse prepares and dispatches orders, which can take up to 5 business days before shipment. Depending on the destination, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchases shipped to Iceland may not be exempt from taxes and other duties upon arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the laws and regulations regarding the importation of goods in the destination country.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, if the customer refuses to pay local duties or taxes and requests a return and refund, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
