When will I get my order?
Our warehouse prepares and dispatches orders, which can take up to 5 business days before shipment.
Depending on the destination, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect — in those cases, we cover the cost.
What provider do you ship with?
Rammagerðin offers shipping to the customer’s destination of choice.
International shipments are handled by DHL.
Domestic shipments are handled by Pósturinn or Dropp.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Why do i have to pay extra duties?
Import duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs authorities, not by us. These charges are required when goods cross international borders and help cover local taxes and processing fees. Unfortunately, we don’t control these costs and they aren’t included in your order total.

Where can i pick my order?
You can pick up your order at our warehouse located at Miðhraun 15, Hafnarfjörður.
Pickup at one of our downtown stores may also be possible — just leave us a message with your order.
Why are there discounts online but not in our physical store?
Online discounts are part of special web-only promotions and may differ from in-store pricing. Our physical stores have different operating costs, so prices and offers don’t always match. We always do our best to provide great value both online and in store.
