Assortment of two 30 ml salt jars.


The salt is marinated in decoction of Iceland Moss (Cetraria islandica) and enriched with Arctic Thyme. Both herbs are perennial plants which grows in Icelandic arctic tundra, and Birch, Stone Bramble leaves, Crowberry and Blueberry sap. Excellent as finishing salt and the earth taste of Iceland Moss and sweet aromatic taste of Wild Thyme goes well with lamb, pork and game, soups and salads.

  • Fine flaky Icelandic Sea salt from Nordur&Co in Westfjords
  • Icelandic Moss (Cetraria islandica)

Fantastic crispy crunch and mild taste of coal, goes very well with all fried and barbecued food. The salt is very decorative and resembles the Icelandic black lava and refers to the use of environmentally friendly geothermal energy in the drying process
