Customers have the right to return purchased items within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, if the customer refuses to pay local duties or taxes and requests a return and refund, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
